Corporate social responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility is high on our agenda. We choose charities to work with where we give something back; maybe our time, some team fundraising, maybe some technology products or services, or simply by donating. We take our attitude to CSR seriously and also do our bit to improve our impact on the environment whenever we can.

Kokrobite is a fishing community near Accra in Ghana. There is a lack of education there with the greater part of the community depending on fishing for their livelihood. Many of the children in Kokrobite find it difficult to attend school due to the cost of school fees, uniforms, shoes, books and other costs. The Kokrobite Chiltern Centre works with children and parents from Kokrobite and the surrounding villages. Their aim is to support the children so that they are able to attend school and gain an education.

Byte Night

Byte Night is the IT industry’s annual sleep-out in support of Action for Children. Each year thousands of individuals and teams from across the technology and business community spend a night exposed to the elements in a bid to raise sponsorship and awareness of Action for Children’s work to help prevent youth homelessness. Action for Children helps to prevent youth homelessness through early intervention by ensuring that young people across the UK are given the support they need.
