CompTIA UK Channel Community

CompTIA’s UK Channel Community is the focal point for our industry-based activities. Formed in 2011, it provides a platform for thought leaders from across the UK IT channel (including resellers, solution providers, distributors, vendors and channel associates) to network, share ideas and develop best practices. Our CEO, Mark Williams, was elected by fellow members to be the 2014-15 Chair of the CompTIA UK Channel Community.

Pensar also holds the CompTIA IT Business Trustmark™ for its use of industry-accepted best practices of quality IT service delivery.

The IT Business Trustmark shows that accredited companies meet industry-agreed standards in areas such as data security practices, staff competencies and holding of adequate insurance. To attain the IT Business Trustmark, Pensar was evaluated on its policies and procedures for the operations, management, and finance of the business. The company also had to provide documentation to support the above, demonstrate a level of professional standards identified by an industry group of experts, and provide 3 customer references validated by CompTIA.
