Attention Small Business Owners!
As you may know Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) is a legal requirement and all electrical appliances should be tested annually in order to comply with Health and Safety Regulations.

PAT Testing is NOT a legal requirement, It is a way to comply with EAWR and PUWER

Not true. PAT testing does not have to be done annually. There are no specific time requirements as to how often they have to be tested. Annual testing is wise but not a legal requirement.
